Why ITA Services Group team:



ITA Services Group was founded at a time when asset monitoring and recovery became an essential service to companies who wanted to protect their capital investment. Over time the business has grown to accommodate more and more diverse services as our clients came to rely on our knowledge and experience in the industry.

This diversification has led to the establishment of three divisions within the Group to address specific client bases and their needs. ITA Specialised Services remains as our asset tracking and recovery arm, whilst ITA Procurement sources and procures a variety of products and services according to client requirements.

We have also seen a growing need to provide essential management, strategy and financial advisory services to technical entrepreneurs so that they may develop their innovations into successful businesses. This need has resulted in ITA Development, which has been set up in conjunction with Ngululu Technologies (Pty) Ltd and various technology incubation agencies.

Ngululu Holdings (Pty) Limited – a 100% black-owned company – now owns 52% of ITA Services Group. We are Level 2 BEE compliant.

Since 1998, we have thus built up a formidable knowledge base in our human capital and because of our hands-on approach, our clients benefit from this wealth of experience and expertise.
