Meet the ITA Specialised Services team:



ITA Specialised Services is a division of the ITA Services Group and its product offering was the initial focus for ITA Services Group. As one of the first asset tracking, monitoring and recovery companies in South Africa, ITA Specialised Services has become a leader in the industry. Client-focused and hands-on strategies have facilitated steady growth and the addition of a number of complementary services according to client requirements.

ITA Services Group is the only privately owned company with a Level 2 BEE rating for recovery services. Ngululu Capital Finance, which is 100% black owned and a 100% affiliate of Ngululu Holdings (Pty) Limited, holds 52.2% of the company’s shares. Chris Luvhani, CEO of the Ngululu Group, is the chairman of ITA Services Group.

Since 1998, recovery contracts have been signed with various tracking and asset recovery companies. ITA Specialised Services maintains an average recovery rate of 86%. Over the past 20 years, we have successfully recovered more than 14,000 vehicles.

Our 24/7 control centre and administration office is based in Cape Town with a backup office in Johannesburg. ITA Specialised Services has contracts with various recovery agents and firms spread throughout South Africa in order to render a quick and effective asset recovery service.

With a combined experience of over 100 years in the industry, our directors bring a wide range of skills and their unique expertise to the ITA Services Group. All the directors are actively involved in the management of the company and play vital roles within the divisions.

 

Chris Luvhani

Chairman
Chris is a down-to-earth entrepreneur with a list of academic achievements in both economics and business strategy, including a Masters in Business Administration. He comes from a pure business background having worked for companies such as FNB, Old Mutual and the Limpopo Economic Development Agency.

Schalk Cadle

Managing Director
Schalk is a registered professional accountant, tax and business consultant, and is a director of several companies. He holds a master’s degree in business management and has been providing advisory services for the last 31 years.

Les Ireland

Director
Les has a proven track record of delivering increased sales and profitability through operational productivity and organisational development. With the ability to build solid strategic plans and develop strong organisations, he leads teams to improved financial performance.

Freddy Sinthumule

Director
Freddy has many years of experience in accounting, with various academic achievements in finance and auditing, accounting, and an MBA specialising on the PFMA. He has served as the Chief Audit Exec. for Ekurhuleni Municipality and the University Of Venda.

Schalk Cadle

Managing Director


Schalk is a registered professional accountant, tax and business consultant, and is a director of several companies. He holds a master’s degree in business management and has been providing advisory services for the last 31 years.

Les Ireland

Director


Les has a proven track record of delivering increased sales and profitability through operational productivity and organisational development. With the ability to build solid strategic plans and develop strong organisations, he leads teams to improved financial performance.

Freddy Sinthumule

Director


Freddy has many years of experience in accounting, with various academic achievements in finance and auditing, accounting, and an MBA specialising on the PFMA. He has served as the Chief Audit Exec. for Ekurhuleni Municipality and the University Of Venda.

 
 

Marthin Fick
National Operations Manager:


Marthin has been with the ITA Services Group since 1999 and is experienced in the Control Room, Recoveries, Software, Tracking and Fleet Management units, as well as Infrastructure setup.



 
 

Anelize Louw
Admin and Financial Manager


Anelize has been with the ITA Services Group since 2006. With 14 years of financial and administrative experience, Annelize is also adept at risk assessments, audits and tender submissions.
